I smoked a lot of weed last friday and woke up in the morning with a horrendous lump on my tongue, which has progressed into something that looks like an ulcer and is very sore. it is bright red with a yellowish bit in the middle (if you look close) and then a slightly raised red ring around the whole sore. Obviously I haven't smoked since, but I'm just not sure that it's healing and I am worried that I have triggered something more serious. It is very painful

Well…if it's cancer it wasn't the weed you smoked on Friday. It might just be an ulcer or something, you need to see a doctor and not rely on this place.
